When will my order ship?
In stock orders ship within 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted or ordered with a preordered item. If ordered with a preordered item, your order will ship once all items are ready (also applies to hand painted and made to order items).
When will my Hand painted/ Made To Order/ Preorder ship?
Current Turnaround time is up to 6-7 weeks Excluding weekends and holidays.
All items will have a date or time frame in which they will ship. This can be found in the items listing before purchasing. Some ship in less time. Some take longer. This can be found on each individual items page. Please check this shipping time before ordering. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
When will I receive my order?
VOIDEaD is located in California. All orders are shipped with USPS and have tracking. Usually orders will arrive within a few days. Delays with shipping can happen and are out of our control. Please contact your local post office or USPS if you'd like more info. Sometimes packages just take a few extra days.
I put the wrong address!
Please always double and triple check your shipping address. Once an order has shipped it is out of our hands and is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be given for wrong addresses.
Lost or Delayed packages
All packages are shipped with tracking. Please check your tracking. If your package shows as delayed please give it a few extra days or contact USPS or your local post office. If your package shows as delivered you will need to contact USPS, your local post office or mail person. Once your package is shipped we are not responsible for these issues. Please always keep your tracking number handy so these issues can be addressed asap with your carrier and you can take the appropriate steps needed.
If package is returned due to insufficient address you will need to pay for a new shipping label when item is returned. If you do not pay for the new label you will need to pay a 15% restock fee.
Refunds and Returns
ALL sales are FINAL. If you received the wrong item or an item is defective please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue asap.
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. This applies to ALL orders. When you receive your package you will not be granted a refund if you return the item as cancelations or returns are not accepted.
